I am a distance and open water swimmer. I have been in top 6 swimmers in the FINA World rank for many years. I also coached the United States Naval Academy Aquatics Club Juniors team for 2 seasons.

I enjoy working with athletes of all ages and levels, But I specially enjoy the challenge of coaching teenagers, because with them I can make the biggest difference in their performance.
My swim sessions are fun, technical and supportive. depend on my athlete shape and performance I design a dynamic dry land warm up set from 6 to 8 minutes to get my athlete ready for workout, a water warm up, followed by a kick set. a test set to see what areas of development and skills will be needed to get my athlete in a better form. Eliminate all unnecessary extra moves during breathing, kicking and under water movement. I focuse on delivering the skill needed in the simplest form to the athlete, Make it as easy as it can be to perform and develop the mental toughness. I specialize In all 4 strokes with in and out turn by turn for the IM. I have an excellent way devoloping and demonstrating new drills for every stroke, start, turn and breathing pattern. I want my athlete to feel an immediate improvement and master the strategy of winning a race.
