Non Athletes looking to get into best shape of their life: cutting fat, build muscle, through nutrition guidance, habit changing, and challenging workouts designed based on your goals. I take great care to ensure that you are pushed, but not so much that you get burned out or too exhausted to work the next day. Not just by teaching them how to approach a fight, the mental aspect. But also through their athletic strength & conditioning. As you may know, at high levels it is not just the technique, or ring experience, it is the ability to execute in the first round of the fight, and the last round of the last fight of the tournament. 2-time US Collegiate National Sparring Champion for Tae Kwon Do. Currently training for the Golden Gloves boxing competition. I train Jiu Jitsu. Marathon Runner, Personal Trainer certified for all strength and conditioning.

First session we go over your goals, we perform a baseline fitness evaluation, and a nutrition evaluation.

Expect a mixture of strength training, bodyweight exercises.

I expect cardio work to be done as a warm up or homework prior to our future sessions. When we work together I like to focus on form, exercises to fatigue, time challenges and various exercise progressions to optimize your workouts.
