I have been teaching Yoga for 12 years and am recognized as an Experienced Yoga Instructor with The Yoga Alliance.
I am a Certified Integral Yoga Instructor and have received certifications in Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga as well. I have earned a Reiki Level 1 Certification. Most recently, became a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor through The Titleist Performance Institute.

My teaching style is traditional, yet fun! My energy for embracing life and respect for our Earth developed into a passion for Yoga. Yoga has added harmony, balance and joy to my life just as it will for yours!

A life long student, I received my Massage Therapy certification from The Gloucester County School of Massage and is licensed to practice in New Jersey & Pennsylvania.

I enjoy an active lifestyle playing golf, mountain bike riding, regular workouts at the gym, skiing, field hockey and soccer to name a few. Also active civically, I serve on the board of the Maple Shade Business Association.

We spend a little time discussing client goals and experiences. We'll then go through some basic poses that will address these goals taking any contraindications into consideration. I usually give clients a few things they can begin to work on at home. I may give recommendations for additional or alternate modalities that may help the client reach his/her goals.
