Includes a comprehensive look at the daily life of an elite athlete and what it takes to perfect their craft in all aspects of the game, both on and off the field. I aim not only to train but to educate the athlete about what we do and why we do it. This is the most important aspect of personal training as the goal is to eventually part ways with the athlete, knowing that they have a thorough understanding of the importance of everything we covered so that they can apply it to themselves as they move forward. Each session will include some of the following:
-Soft Tissue Work (Foam Rolling, Trigger Point, Self Massage Techniques)
-Mobility Work targeting movement deficiencies discovered in initial assessment.
-Global Hip and Core Activation
-Ball Work (Dribbling, Passing, Shooting)
-Strength and Power Movements
-Specific Speed, Agility, Technical work with Ball (Can be Position Specific depending on age)
-Energy System Development (Cardio) (Also depending on age and demand of athlete)
-Recovery Session (Education and Practical work on importance of rest and recovery of the body)

Coach Mike has an amazing understanding of what it takes to bring an athlete to the next level. He not only focuses on technique but also on overall understanding of the game and why the player must use strategy to play the game. Along with that he focuses on stamina, physical fitness and the importance of pre and post workout stretching to prevent injury. Overall amazing! I can’t wait to see even more improvements in my sons game in the future.

Coach Mike is Fantastic! My teenage sons have had multiple coaching sessions with Coach Mike and both loved it. Coach Mike provides a high energy, well organized, thoughtful and positive coaching session. Coach Mike is fully attentive and engaged providing immediate feedback during each drill, stretch and fitness exercise. He carefully assesses the athletes performance throughout the training session and provides motivation and modification as necessary customizing the drill to the needs of the individual. Coach Mike has been working with my nephew and we couldn't be happier with level of training and instruction. Coach Mike provides clear and concise instruction throughout his training sessions often demonstrating each activity prior so that the players can model their performance after his. Coach Mike has developed and implemented a series of routines that keeps the players engaged and moving throughout the entire session. Each activity is set to start at a basic level and then geared to challenge the players level and ability. This approach provides the player with a foundation of confidence in their ability prior to the more difficult tasks within each routine. It is that foundation of confidence which opens the player up to try and attempt new skills. Whenever a correction in the players form/performance is needed Coach Mike has the ability to deliver constructive feedback which is received positively from the players. Coach Mike is highly recommended.

Coach Mike encorporates teaching young athletes how to properly warm up with proper stretching both before and after the workout which includes plyometrics and agilities for micro muscle training and injury prevention. He keeps a pace to still provide a good workout with the ball throughout. Mike seems to identify well with kids which makes it fun for them too. Our daughter really enjoyed the training.

I like Mike Semenza as a coach because he was always very serious about his work. He always wants to what is best for all his players and for them to stay healthy and ready. He has helped me grow not only as a player but as a person and I have taken a lot of his advice wherever I go in life Mike Semenza has helped me become a better athlete both on and off the pitch, which is very important in regards to becoming a better person and player. Although his coaching style is intense for some, that is whats needed to bring the best out of yourself. With a combination of a mental and physical preparation, Mike would always have us ready for trainings and games. His work in the gym has also helped me gain a bit more muscle mass. And when I faced any injury, Mike would take the time to help me get healthy again with specialized rehab and conditioning work.
