More About Coach Michael

For the past three years I have been providing private football session in Indianapolis, IN. I am a former collegiate and professional football player with a degree in exercise science and a minor in strength and conditioning.

I have trained athletes of all ages and I provide specific training based on each individuals goal. My main focus during a training session is technique and footwork specific to the position. Also, I incorporate programs for all athletes to gain speed, acceleration, and agility. This includes instruction on proper max velocity and acceleration mechanics. I utilizes plyometrics, weighted sprints, footwork, and agility drills to improve quickness and explosive speed. Finally I work on game time situations that will simulate what can happen during each possession.

Each sessions starts with a dynamic warm up, followed by skilled movements and footwork, then speed development. Each athlete will progress once they master specific skills. Together lets take your athlete to the next level.
