Over 10 Years of Coaching Athletes for sports. Coached youth leagues and summer camps. Worked at Worcester Academy as camp coach. Work with ages 12-22.
Athletic accomplishements include: 2002 Patriot League Champion, 1999 Central Mass Super Team, 1997 Shriner Game Participant, 1998 & 1999 Central Mass Allstar, 1999 Pioneer Award for Defensive Player of the Year, 1999 Best Defensive Lineman, 1997 Hazelhurst Award Winner (Best Defensive Player)
1 Hour Session: Includes agility & endurance warm-up, route running progressions, blocking and tackling form, technique drills, pass catching drills, 3-point stance, releasing from line of scrimmage, jamming offensive players, turning and running without the ball and other body movement / mechanics drills. Workouts include speed work, endurance and agility drills. Specific position drills will be included.
