More About Coach Michael
I have 25 years of lacrosse coaching experience at the high school and college levels. This includes running the fall program at MIT, being the Defensive Coordinator at Babson College and Lasell College, and working as the JV coach, varsity assistant (3 years) and varsity head coach (9 years). I also have 20 years of experience as a personal trainer and 16 years as a high school math teacher.
I have earned All-Scholastic honors while playing at Newton North High School, Honorable Mention All-America honors while playing at Springfield College, while captaining both teams.
Clients will enhance their overall lacrosse skill set, while improving athletic ability. Each session will include drills designed to work all lacrosse skills while targeting specific needs. As well, we will integrate a plan for increasing muscular strength, endurance and agility.
