More About Coach Michael
At the moment I trained kids from ages 8 to 25 boys and girls. Some who play on elementary and middle school teams others that play college at the Junior college to division one level and others who just want to train to stay in shape or for upcoming men’s leagues that they want to partake in.
In high school I was MVP my junior and senior year as well as being a 1000 point score in college. I played at the junior college level division two level as well as division three level. I played that Essex County College, Kean University and Alliance University before they close down.
Every Trainer session with me is different. The first meet is an overview of everything so I can see what you need to really work on, but I do specialize in ball handling and shooting. Also in college, I was the best defender on my team so I can really help individuals when it comes to defense.
