More About Coach Michael

I have 3 years of strength and conditioning experience, including 1 year of experience coaching Division 1 athletes. I am experienced in coaching baseball, basketball, and soccer athletes to take their athletic potential to the next level.

I have 7 years of competitive club soccer experience, 2 years of football experience, and 5 years of rugby playing experience. With rugby, I was a part of the UTSA rugby team that made it to the National Championships 2 years in a row.

All clients receive an in depth screening, looking at body composition and and pre training testing. This allows me to build a custom dashboard for each client to track their progress!
Workouts will be tailored to the athlete's needs, both in terms of their sports specific needs and their individual needs. Workouts begin with an in depth warmup and activation drills before going into the main portion of the workout; be it a weight training session or a conditioning session. Jumping is performed two to three times a week, and explosive medicine ball work follows in a similar fashion. Each workout holds a conditioning piece, to ensure the athlete's level of general preparedness stays high. We will build an in depth plan, looking to achieve both short term and long term goals.
