Collegiate Athlete at Southern Connecticut State University (D-II)

400m sprinter and a leader on the team. Injuries sidelined me for the majority of my collegiate career, but what I lacked in athletic prowess, I made up for with the knowledge and experiences gained.

Every work is individualized to the athlete's needs, but sessions are usually outlined as follows:
Warmup (Dynamics)
Specific Warmup- drills tailored to the technical skills
Technical drills - Learning specific skills necessary for the event.
Speed/Strength or Endurance - neuromuscular or metabolic activities depending on the specific workout
Cooldown - Recovery from the day's drills
