I have worked as a swim coach at the University of Southern California as apart of the Salo Swim Camps, I have experience coaching kids as young as 7 all the way to 18, I have been a competitive swimmer for over 13 years and personally received many private lessons so I know what techniques/drills work best.

A typical session will vary depending on the client's ability and desire to learn. The private lesson can focus on improving efficiency in all 4 strokes or it could be a private workout. I myself have received countless private swimming lessons throughout my career so I know what works and what doesn't. I also have a lot of personal swimming equipment that I can let the clients use to aid in their learning and/or training.
