I have played soccer for as long as I can remember and absolutely love the game. At 22 years old, I graduated from Trinity College where I spent 4 years as a starter for the men’s soccer team. I previously coached at the youth level at Lower Merion Soccer Club and have since trained mainly high school athletes in the summer.

I most recently competed at Trinity college where I was a 2 year captain. I previously won Rookie of the Year for the program as well at 2019 MVP. I played at The Shipley School in Bryn Mawr, PA where I also was a captain for 2 years. I was fortunate to earn All Main Line and All League nominations sophomore through senior year. My club throughout high school, Lower Marion Magic, competed at the highest level in the country and won several state cups.

A typical session for me is about an hour long. The main focus will always be on technique and “soccer IQ”, followed by an emphasis on fitness level. We will stretch and warm up for about 15-20 minutes. This is typically followed by another 20 minutes of passing, receiving, and shooting technique. We can then progress to putting those techniques into action at full pace. I always like to end with a little fitness if the player is interested - maybe a trick move here or there! I am always happy to share my experiences as well and offer advice as a mentor to anyone who may be making a decision about their next step in the soccer realm.
