i have been a strength & conditioning coach for 5 + years now! i have my CSCS(Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) and i was the assistant director of Stregth & Conditioning at STARS so cal and have trained amateur and professional athletes (NFL, NBA, MLB). i was in charge of the programming for the NFL offseason workouts. making sure all the NFL athletes were ready to go to training camp and perform. i also handled the NFL combine training getting all of the future collegiate athletes ready for the NFL combine to follow their dreams. while i was at STARS i also worked with some NBA players pre draft to get them ready for their combine. i also trained players in the off season as well as players that played over seas.

played collegiate basketball at Pasadena City College(from 2006-2008) where i played the point guard as well as some shooting guard position. then i transferred to Bowling Green State University(2012-2014) in Bowling Green Ohio where i was a walk on playing the same positions.

first thing i do is gather information on what you would like to improve (speed, strength, vertical, etc.,) then after i gain that knowledge i would create a workout program tailored towards their goals. once we get started we go through a dynamic warmup and then get started with our lifts or plyo's, TRX, etc. for that day! I'll be right there to make sure the techniques are correct so you won't injure yourself. after the workout we will get a foam roll session in to make sure our muscles get treated properly and heal!
