The sessions will be kept fun and entertaining, while pushing the player both physically and mentally. I believe that a positive coach can help push a player to improve and reach their maximum as a player. The focus will be on individual drills such as 1 v.1, shooting, set pieces/ Penalty Kicks, dribbling, passing (all different degrees of difficulty), working on the mental approach to the game, thinking how to move without the ball, how to defend both individually and defending as a team.

I would definitely recommend Coach Matt. My Kids are 9/10 yrs old and he was able to relate with them on their level. They loved his style and he made each drill like a game that was fun, so they were picking up skills and learning all the time. Matt is very personable, punctual and he can relate to all ages. He takes the feedback to work on each session and improve each kid. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again. He puts the fun into learning soccer skills and you can tell he is passionate about what he does.
