Focus on general football techniques emphasizing footwork, body control, positioning, and philosophy. Sessions will be conducted in 3 parts:
1. General footwork and football conditioning/movements (preparing for movements natural to the game and improving body control)
2. Specific technique work. Focusing on position drills designed to improve areas specific to the athlete
3. Football concepts and execution tailored to specific needs of the athlete based on his team’s playbook/techniques
