More About Coach Mathew

I have been in the fitness industry for many years. I started off at fitness club Equinox on Wall st for some time. I acquired my strength and conditioning certification through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) before developing my own private business. I have worked with many different individuals with different fitness levels to help them accomplish their fitness goals. Created many great relationships and look to create many more.

I specialize in boxing training, interval strength and endurance training. I have competed in many bouts and one an amateur title. I excel in pushing people and there bodies to the limit, allowing for the body to progress and get faster and stronger. I keep many exercises closely related to things my clients can use for every day life.

Sessions consist of dynamic Warm-up which will be related to the workout. The flow will be depending on the clients personal goals, there will be a push pull action to target muscles both in the anterior and posterior parts of the body. I cover total body workouts and like to develop the core to increase strength and help keep tight abs. Final minutes of the exercise will consist of stretches to keep the muscles flexible which allow for muscle growth and allow the body to continue full range of motion during exercises so strength is not limited.
