We would focus on drills pertaining to the individual. I base my workouts on skill levels rookie, intermediate and elite. Workouts range from an hour to and hour and 30 minutes.

1. We would work on ball handling to warm up the shoulders and get a light sweat

2.stretches while continuing to dribble

3. We will start a variety of shooting
4. Everything else would pertain to what the client needs, attacking the basket, defense, rebounding more ball handling and basketball situations

Client Reviews

My son had his first session today and he loved it and is ready to return for more! He left today feeling good about himself and encouraged. Coach Keyz was very professional and knowledgeable and has such a positive aura that I would love for my son to be around and learn from. I will definitely be taking my son to him for more training.

Had an incredible experience with Coach Marquis. His responsiveness prior to booking the trial session was always timely, professional and very thorough. The trial session was certainly worth beyond a 5 star rating. Needless to say we've sign up for ongoing training and looking forward to the experience. After working with Coach Marquis my daughter has made it clear she has no interest to work with anyone else. Thanks coach - can certainly tell this is your passion and priority and we appreciate it.

I am a coach of an 7th grade travel basketball team. Coach Marquis did a great job working with our team. He customized the work out to fit my team's needs. He explained each drill so the kids understood the 'why' behind the drills. Marquis incorporated a variety of drills and techniques to keep the workout interesting and fun. I would highly recommend Coach Marquis for basketball training sessions.

Great coach! Took the time to explain each drill, and helped increase my confidence!

Different style of workouts. Very detailed. -D2 basketball player (former client)
