I played soccer collegiately at the University of Denver and coached for two years as a DI assistant at the University of Southern Illinois Edwardsville. While at SIUE I coached for two different clubs from ages 8-14 and also held private sessions for players of all age groups. I have been around the game for 22 years as a player and coach.

Played semi-professionally at a few different clubs before I went back to coach at the Divison I level.
Obviously the session depends on the age and skill level of the athlete. However, the basic session would start with some type of warmup/agility/quickness exercise followed by dribbling, passing, and small sided depending on the numbers involved. That would involve developing shooting and game situational circumstances.
