More About Coach Marcus

I have been an assistant track and field coach for 2 years and a head coach for two years. That is four years of experience. I have also worked with one on one clients throughout those four years. I work with ages 10 all the way to 60 (masters runners). I work with track athletes and other sport athletes looking to get faster and more explosive for their specific sport

4 years at university of Oregon . 9 time all America . NCAA champion. PAC 12 champion. After that became a professional runner for Nike and Team USA. Pan American games medalist. NACAC games medalist.

Depends on athlete and what they are looking for. We will warm up if athlete hasn’t already. For sure start will drills. Will start with form work. It is Important to run correctly. Then move to speed work. Short sprints. Explosive work (bounds, hops, etc)
