I have coached gymnastics for 22 years to all ages. I mostly coach at a beginner to intermediate level in Artistic Gymnastics with flexibility and conditioning as my specialties. I also coach all levels of Rhythmic Gymnastics, Dance, Aerials, and Stunts. I am a Stuntwoman, Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and a Life Coach. My passion is to share my experiences, to give back to the next generation and inspire others to dream big while having healthy minds and healthy bodies!

I am hands-on from the beginning, starting with stretching, to tricks, to conditioning. I will find strengths and weaknesses that will lead the session to fill in the gaps in making a well-rounded gymnast. Being able to perform basic skills like handstands and cartwheels in the perfect form then, lead the gymnast to perform difficult skills with ease. I have had years of Bulgarian, French, Spanish and Russian coaches to pull ideas of what coach I wanted to become.
