More About Coach Malik
I have been coaching 6-10 yo junior and senior in HS. 3 practices of 1h30 a week + games on the weekend. After I joined college, didn’t have much time but I coached 12-16 years old summer camps back home in France.
Won French National Championship twice and got elected co-MVP of the U18 final four with Frank N’tilikina (NY Knicks PG). Played JuCo in Maryland. Elected First Team both for Conference and Region.
Transferred to UTampa.
Played with and against NBA players throughout my career
First 5min: active stretching.
5-15min: warm up around the rim.. all kind of finishes with dribbling drills to get blood flow going.
15-30: Full court dribbling and footwork on ladder.
30-45: Strength and core stabilizing exercises. Proprioception.
45-60: high frequency Shooting (% recorded to see progression).
