More About Coach Malcolm

I spent two years as the Varsity Wide Receivers coach at Bear Creek High-school, a 5A school in Colorado. I sent 4 players to college to play. I also coached varsity basketball as an assistant.

After winning 3 state championships at Mullen High school under Dave Logan, I went on to play division 1 football at the University of Northern Colorado in the Big Sky Conference. There I was voted captain of my team and lead UNC to their first ever winning season at the division 1 level. Now I still compete in one of the most competitive flag football leagues in the country.

My sessions begin with Mindset training. I don’t care how good of an athlete you think you are, if you don’t have a championship mindset you will not be successful. Mindset separates the great athletes from the good ones. We then work drills that directly translate to competition. I do not believe in doing drills just to do them, everything has meaning that will translate to better on field performance.

Client Reviews

I remember him when he walked on and that kid, he works so hard and studies the game like nobody I’ve known,” Grable said in an interview in late July. “He has elevated his game literally every practice, each week, each semester, each year since he’s been here. It’s been amazing to watch.
He’s what you would want to have every college student athlete be,” UNC head coach Earnest Collins said. “He’s resilient in his work ethic. If he’s got a bump or bruise, he gets it fixed and doesn’t complain. He just continues to work. You start watching him, his hands, his routes and I realized he deserved a scholarship and deserves to be on the field. He has all the intangibles for what you want your players to be.
