More About Coach Makal
Currently I train all age athletes, ranging from beginners to pro level athletes. As a trainer I've worked for numerous Bucks camps and also helped tons of AAU teams surrounded around Milwaukee area. I currently hold a Personal Training certificate.
I've played basketball at the collegiate level. Playing basketball for NAIA D2 program (Silver Lake College) and also JUCO D2 College UW-Waukesha @ Milwaukee Campus (Won WCC Final 4 Championship, 2X WCC Final Four Appearance).
Typically, I touch base on tons of different drills/techniques. List goes from conditioning, proper shooting form/technique, defense, ball handling, speed and agility, and also tons of in game situational drills.
