A typical training session begins with an assessment on the physical and mental condition of the client. Following that we will focus on stretches and a warm up to prepare for the strength, endurance and speed circuits that will be the workout. The focus of each training will be tailored according to what the desired goal of the client. If the goal is to be overall fit than the workouts will be based upon that, if it is about toning a specific body part or developing or strengthening a weakness we will move forward with a program that is directed toward that improvement.

Magnolia coached me in track & field. I loved training with her. I'm in high-school and have never really liked track too much.
