More About Coach Maggie

My coaching experience consists of coaching teams and athletes of many different levels. I am currently in my fourth season as a Division 2 college coach. I have two years experience as an assistant at St. Thomas Aquinas College and worked as an assistant at Lincoln Memorial University for two seasons. In addition to being a college assistant I also train at the club and highschool level. I have experience as an assistant coach for all levels of high school varsity teams. In addition to coaching at the club level I also have experience leading elite classes in specific training areas; stick work, shooting, defensive work, draw specialties, team training and goalie training.

I have competed at the high school, and collegiate level. In high school I was named an All American and went on to play at St. Thomas Aquinas college. At St. Thomas Aquinas College as a senior I was named team captain, team MVP, lead the team in goals and assists, was named All Conference as well as an All Region player.

Each session I run would be specific to each individual athlete. Any session would start with a dynamic warm up as well as position specific foot work. A session would them move to position and player based drills. Each session would push the athletes physically while also focusing on technique and steady improvements.

Amazing!Maggie was thoughtful complete hopeful and just an amazing coach and My daughter can’t wait for the next lesson

Coach Maggie is an amazing coach. She broke down each session into smaller segments, and built on each segment.
Her knowledge of lacrosse is obvious but her approach is key. She understands girls and how to coach them - she clearly understands that confidence is as important as skill...so each lesson included both. She definitely pushed the girls to work hard and they did. Highly recommend Coach Maggie.

We scheduled some private sessions with Maggie and she has been fantastic! She was professional and so fun with our little girls! They loved the training which was well thought and focused on developing their skills! They can’t wait for their next session with Maggie!

Maggie is a great coach. My daughter is enjoying her lessons. She says Maggie is easy to talk to and the sessions are fun and a great workout. Maggie is flexible and has made scheduling lessons easy. Very satisfied!

My daughter really likes Maggie. Thinks she is a great coach.

Throughout the past two years, Margaret’s ability to not only coach at an elite level, but to be a mentor to the student-athletes in our program is outstanding. She possesses so many quality characteristics that shape an individual into the best role model they can be. Her work ethic and dedication to our program has been nothing short of amazing. As we often find it hard to hire and maintain great coaches in the youth and high school level, having Maggie on staff has been a breath of fresh air. She is always prepared, no matter if it is a skills class or a practice or a game. One of her best qualities as a coach is her ability to not only have a presence, but is there to make the kids better, which she executes every day. Her lacrosse IQ, experience and passion for the game is what drives her to success. Although she started coaching with us at a young age, she carries herself as the most mature adult on staff and is always able to give feedback and constructive criticism, something that other coaches have difficulties doing.
