Depending on the level/age and position of the client, sessions are built around the individual. Clients are encouraged to come ready to go (shin guards are not necessary). Sessions will begin with a short dynamic warmup that will evolve into a technical piece. After that, the session would be more position specific working on footwork and ball control. Requests by parents or players will be added into a session plan in efforts to build the best quality session.
