More About Coach Luis
Ive been coaching for 5 years . I started my coaching career with Riverside fc grass roots program ages 4-7. I build and coached the clubs B08 team for 2 years. I moved to Pateadores soccer club (riverside chapter) and coach flight 2 and 3 B08 for a year. I’ve been an varsity assistant at poly high school for 2 years and currently I am working with B08 Riverside City FC.
At age 14 I played with Chivas USA academy team for 2 years. I had the honor to play for the u17 Tijuana FC pro club where we won local tourneys and travel through the US.
Played for Var at Riverside Poly High School for 2 years. Due to injury I didn’t have the opportunity to play at the college level.
Typical session begins with kinetic stretching and ball movement. Next we discuss the sessions topic and how we will achieve it. First stage is very simple and will get player engage and introduced to topic. Second stage the difficulty and intensity of the session is increased. At this point we are focused on the efficiency of the players touch and fixing specific details. Final stage is at full intensity we are looking for few mistakes and fluency at this point. We end with cool down exercise.

Coach Luis had everything set up ready to go before I arrived. He created drills that were unique and original focusing on a specific aspect of my game. We discussed what were my weaknesses in my game afterwards so I could continue working on afterwards. He went far and beyond by offering help on my team search. Overall, he made my first experience with private coaching a valuable one.
