I've coached for 4 consecutive years. I'm a student athlete still myself at Southern Oregon University. I’ve been in throws for 8 years now. I've trained high schoolers and college athletes privately. Many of my athletes gone off winning conferences/league and received scholarships from universities. My main specialty is Discus, Hammer, and Shot Put.

I've worked with world class coaches, became an All-American at the Jr. College level in 2017, transferred to Cal State San Marcos on scholarship and hold the school record for Hammer.

What to expect from my training is a lot of technical work in order to improve your performances. My biggest belief is that everyone is different and unique. So a lot of what I teach is specialized for that specific athlete. I also can set up a workout or meal plan if you don't have one.
