More About Coach Lucious
I have 6 years of coaching at the youth level and 1 year at the high school level with 3 years of sports performance training. I’m certified through ISSA as a Personal Trainer and currently working on my Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification. I’m currently the WR/DB coach and Defensive Coordinator at Helen Bernstein HS in Hollywood, CA. I work with athletes of all ages and skill levels.
I was a 3 year starter at Westlake HS in Atlanta, Ga as a Cornerback. I went on to walk on at Fort Valley State University but only played my freshman year.
A client will gain knowledge of the game, understanding of their technique, increase their football IQ and how the drills we do correlate to the game. I train all positions so the techniques I teach helps them in their positions. The drills we do implement the techniques I teach. My workouts start with a dynamic stretch then followed by footwork on the ladder, from their we get into position specific techniques followed by drills to implement the techniques.
