Every session will depend on the individual in terms of experience and goals.
A typical running session would look like:
Warm up jog with drills and strides.
Reps on the track, grass/trails or hills (or we may use a mixture)
Hurdle mobility and/or conditioning circuit.
Cool down jog and stretches.
Homework dependant on muscle imbalances/alignment issues.
(I am currently a Pilates instructor in training)
