The first session starts with an introduction and evaluation of the athlete's ability. Every session begins with an observation of how the athlete feels that particular day. It is important to know how the athlete is feeling that day to properly form the session plan around the athlete. From then, we work through a thorough warm up, stretching, agility warm up, and then the work out. The work out will be built around the needs of the specific athlete, depending on their choice of sport or distance. It will consist of drills that target technique, explosion, agility, speed, plyometrics, and coordination. Also, the athlete will participate in running exercises created specifically for their sport or distance. Cool down will follow with a slow run and thorough stretching to prevent injuries. Every session will end with an observation of how the athlete feels after the work out.
