I have played volleyball at the collegiate level. During which I was trained at the NSCA, with the influence of the Olympic Training center. I have used the coaching I was given and applied the theories that were so successful for me to the training I give to my athletes. I have privately coaching individuals ages 15; 21 as my experience. As well as volunteering coaching at the club level ages 13’s- 18's.

I was the number 1 hitter in the state of Colorado my senior year of High School as well as being selected to play for the All State Team. This included all classes 1a-5a during 2007. (I had the most number of kills in all positions of all ages of all levels). During my years at Chadron State (2007-2009) I broke 4 school records. "Freshman Lindsy Heisler did some re-writing in the history books as she set four school records. The outside hitter from Colorado Springs, Colo., hit 32 kills in five games against Regis University to lead CSC to a victory in its home finale. One week earlier, she set the school record for most kills in a four-game match with 26 against Colorado School of Mines. She also owns the school records for most hitting attempts in a five-game match (78) and a four-game match (68)...Heisler finished with 370 kills (3.49/game), 416.5 points and served 30 aces to lead the team in each offensive category. Heisler's 370 kills are the second most for a Chadron State player this century."  I finished my collegiate career at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs playing for Keith Barnett.

I believe in setting goals and creating a plan to achieve said goals. I would want to speak with my client to better understand their personal goals. Also, I understand the value of jump training; having a vertical is key in volleyball. Ball control is what gets many people court time so being able to read and predict the other side of the net is an asset. Basically, I’m going to teach theory a long side of applied skills.
