I have been teaching Vinyasa yoga for five years to people of all ages. I work with a variety of levels from beginner to advanced yoga practitioners. I often with with athletes who do the following sports: tennis, squash, ice skating, dancing, and swimming.
Yes, I played college tennis at Penn State University. I am an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance and have certifications to teach people of all ages.
I offer a variety of classes that are specific to my client's needs. I offer Vinyasa flows, Restorative yoga, and Creative Arts Yoga classes for kids.
