Asked to play Division 1 an injury Stopped me from playing D1. I moved to JCCC to play. In high school varsity at Shawnee Mission North all four years in soccer and basketball.
I start with long passing drill to stretch the legs. I move to speed and agility drills. I work on shooting drills with both feet. I finish with conditioning drills running hills or with a parachute. The session is any where from 60-90 minutes long.
