PSSA run weekend clinics filled with intense training. We cover every aspect of basketball game and season preparation including weight training, cardio & conditioning , drills and skills training that include ball handling, attack moves, learning reads offensively & defensively, try game situation followed by live scrimmages that are video taped for classroom assessment with each athlete
