A client can expect a session lasting between 1 - 1 1/2 hours. In the session the clients heart rate will be elevate to provide maximum results within the session. I focus on training the mind as well as the body to make sure my clients are able to give themselves the best experience possible and push them to their strengths. Depending on my clients goal, the workout will be tailored to decreasing body fat, improving strength and conditioning, increasing flexibility and being the best Athlete possible.
