I think it is important to learn how each girl thinks so I can better connect and coach her. I'm a huge believer in that the game is 80% mental and 20% skill, especially for pitchers! I like to break down warm ups and really focus on training the muscles the right technique ( i.e. Long toss for arm strength, wrist snaps to train fingers and wrist control, 12 o'clocks to work on open hip rotation, etc.) I have different drills depending on the "issues or kinks" that need to be worked through. For my advanced pitchers I like to focus on situational pitching and working through the count. It is extremely important as a pitcher to be confident in what you are throwing 100% of the time. Believe and you will achieve!!! Let’s get started.

Client Reviews

I would highly recommend Kylie! I have seen such dramatic improvement in my daughter pitching since we have found her. She really makes the most of our time together by giving constant, consistent feedback on every pitch in an easy to understand way that allows my daughter to make the proper adjustments quickly and see instant improvement. Her likable personally and sense of humor allows her to connect with my daughter keeping the sessions light but focused at the same time.

First session with Coach Kylie, my daughter was very happy with her guidance and motivation, after her session she said “that was a good practice”.

Thank you,
Lisseth

She is a great Coach!
My daughter is very excited and looks forward to continue training with her.

Coach Kylie has done an excellent job helping prepare my daughter for the upcoming school season.
