I played football and lacrosse in high school, who went on to play division 1 lacrosse at Drexel University from 2009-2013. Since then I have trained youth lacrosse players as well as aspiring college lacrosse players at the high school level, in Long Island and the greater Philadelphia area.

I was an all county WR in High School, on a team that went 9-1, losing in the championship. I was a two time All County lacrosse player in long island, one of the premier lacrosse hotbeds in the country. I was a member of the Drexel University lacrosse team, in which we were ranked in the top 20 multiple years.

First I gauge what the player is hoping to accomplish with our time together. I have an extensive knowledge of the ever transforming sport. I know what college coaches are looking for in a player, and more importantly as a person. Each session will be at a fast pace with cardio included, focusing on stick work and all aspects of shooting.
