More About Coach Kristina

I have been working with athletes for over 20 years. I started off working in the training room as a Student Athletic trainer, was a volunteer assistant coach under some amazing high school rack. I work with athletes trying to improve performance through cross training, people who have chronic injury battles and more. I also work with mom's who are looking to achieve their fit mom body and balance life without living the in the gym.
I am a certified personal trainer through AFAA. A certified running coach through UESCA. A certified nutrition specialist through both Precision Nutrition and AFAA along with several continuing education courses specific to working with athletes.

I ran Varsity Cross County in high school and college. Since then I have completed 9 full marathons, 6 of them being the Boston Marathon where I had the distinct honor of running for the Arthritis foundation and Newton Fire Department. Since becoming a mom I have run several 10K and 5K races.

For athletes I focus specifically on cross training including strength training and metabolic workouts. Giving us a chance to increase your speed and endurance.
For mom's I specially focus on metabolic workouts along with strength. So often women are not lifting nearly enough to reach their goals. Also it can be overwhelming trying to figure out what workouts you want/need - I take the guess workout of it so that you understand which days are HIIT workouts, which days we are focusing on endurance and which days are strength. The workouts are designed and laid out to get your results.
