More About Coach Kota
I have coached all age groups, youngest being 3-4 years old all the way to college and semi-professional athletes. I have done various coaching and volunteering to help athletes develop and help achieve their goals and dreams. I currently am certified with a U.S soccer federation F-license and recently finished a season with U-16 boys soccer club.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and played soccer growing up as a child. Played competitive soccer since the age of 5 years old with various club team in Hawaii. In High school, I help my varsity team to 4 divisional titles, 1 conference title and 1 state title in the 4 years I played varsity. I moved on to play collegiate soccer at Santa Monica College in Los Angeles California, where we were Western State Conferences Champions in my final season there.
A personalized session plan for players development to help achieve your goals & dreams. Session will include Technical & Strength training, Diet, Healthy Lifestyle, Tactic & more
Session plan, workouts, and training will be base on athletes goals and needs. We will talk and discuss what the player should work on and come up with a game plan. A general outline should suggest a Warmup, Technical drills, Specific emphasize drills, and Strength and Conditioning workouts. We will also discuss off the field topic to be prepared such as Diet, lifestyle, and Film-work to help player success.
