Session will begin with Trigger point foam rolling. A Dynamic Warm-up for increased blood flow to the exercise musculature. Sport specific strength training with dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells and cable systems for peak muscular movement. Run training, sprints, plyometrics for power. ACL training to protect growing knees using ladders and cones with focus on movement mechanics in relation to lateral movement and direction change.

I play lacrosse in college and needed help getting in shape for my season and passing my fitness tests. I worked with KK over winter break. In 5 weeks she helped me gain the speed, strength and confidence to pass my fitness tests. She knew it was a goal of mine to pass my 300s test when I got back from break so we worked on them every session. For the first time in three years I finally passed my 300s and I would not have been able to do that without her! She has both lacrosse and fitness knowledge and knows how to use them in the right combination to get the best results. KK made even the hardest workouts enjoyable! I would highly recommend her to anyone and can’t wait to train with her again this summer!
KK worked with my daughter (15 year old lacrosse player) to increase her strength, speed and overall fitness. My daughter looked forward to her training sessions each week. After losing my leg a year ago in an accident, I was determined to get back in shape in order to play lacrosse again for my college team. I had the pleasure of working out with Kirstin over the summer. She was the perfect fit for me because she coaches lacrosse herself, and understands the mechanics of what is needed to be able to play. Since working with her, I lost 15 pounds and was able to get back to the shape I was prior to my accident. Her workouts were extremely challenging, and she was open to learning new ways for me to be able to do certain things with the prosthetic leg. I've felt very comfortable with her since day one of meeting her, and owe her all of the success I will have in the future.
KK motivates and inspires the girls to achieve the goals set out for them with her contagious energy and encouraging words. I would highly recommend KK to anyone looking a personal trainer.
