I set up the sessions focusing on a players ability. What is needed for one individual to improve his/hers overall soccer skills. This may content defensive, offensive, tactical and technical skills. The focus will be on the athletes goal, and I will set a short-term and long-term goal for the athlete to reach the goal aimed for.
