An initial introductory assessment of the individual will take place during the first session. Moving forward - each session will then be designed specifically for the individual (needs and goals). will spend plenty of time on the ball - as well as the technique and comfortability in shooting, passing and dribbling. There will also be some speed and agility work in the session.
