I’ve coached from U9-U13. Club soccer Celtic F.C. (Florida). personal trainer for all ages. I have E soccer coaching license. Personal trainer throughout my coaching seasons to improve my players.. and other athletes from our club and other teams around Florida.
Played competitive club soccer from U5 through U18. Became pro in Italy for two years playing for Savona F.C (Serie C) and ended my short career due too acl injuries at Vado F.C (Serie D)
My training sessions are very technical based . A player can only be as good as there first touch. After an intense technical session I move to athleticism upper and lower body strength, as well as dynamic balancing for better movement on and off the ball.
