More About Coach Kevin

My experience as a Strength & Conditioning Coach ranges from Middle School to College athletes. In this time, I have worked in both High School and College strength programs. My programs have emphasized a routine consisting of mobility, core, plyometric, strength, and speed development. I also have experience as a High School Football Coordinator and have coached numerous positions on both sides of the ball. Currently, I hold a USA Weightlifting certification.

My athletic journey shaped where I am today. Tremendous early experience in Football, Baseball and Weightlifting drove me towards a desire to begin coaching early in my life. I began coaching at age 19 when I was unable to continue playing sports and have developed an extraordinary passion for doing so.

A typical training session will be centered around an organized and detailed plan fitting the athletes particular needs. Each session will begin with mobility based movements to activate the nervous system while increasing our range of motion to prevent injuries. From there our daily warm up will consist of stability based exercises to promote core bracing and a movement that specifically prepares the athlete for whatever our primary movement of the day is. Everyday there will be a primary exercise followed by a plyometric variation and supplemental movements.
