Coached & worked with high school kids on a high school team & individually on down . Individually worked with college players & other athletes that I have either played with or come into contact with .
Spent some time in the NFL (training camp and practice squad) for a two years (Steelers, Dolphins & Redskins) and 4 years (was going into 5th season) in the CFL (Winnipeg , Toronto & currently signed with Montréal) ! Currently still playing (But season delayed/not happening because of corona).
Mainly football specific drills but also conditioning training ! Teach things to look for but also will mentally challenge to see level of play & start to elevate game knowledge .
