More About Coach Kenzie
I have coached Carolina Elite Soccer Academy recreational league u-18, u-12 and u-10 for two years.
Then I coached at CESA's center of excellence program u-8 girls and boys for two years.
I played D1 soccer at USC Upstate for four years. While I was there I was recognized as a part of the A-Sun 2nd team. I was also a captain and scored the most goals in the schools D1 history.
It depends on an athlete and their skill level. If they need footwork we will start with the basics and move up. If they need fitness it will be incorporated into skill work it all just depends on the client and their skills.
