More About Coach Kenny

I have been playing competitive baseball for over nineteen years. I was a starting shortstop and left-fielder throughout high school at the varsity level for four years. I played for a Division III at Gallaudet University for two season until I obtained a shoulder throwing arm injury.

After that I decided to give back by encouraging and provide training to baseball players to go higher levels. As for now, I am coaching for MSSD High School Baseball Program.

Certifications: NCAA Eligibility, Sportsmanship, Introduction To Pitch Smart, Sports Nutrition, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, Captains Course, Coaching Unified Sports, and Concussion In Sports.

The session plan depends on the experience of the player, as well as the goals the client has for the session. A basic session will consist of going over different mechanical movements, how to throw, hit, and general knowledge about essential motions that make an effective swing and/ or pitching delivery.
