More About Coach Keesha

I have over fifteen years of training children through adults in all levels of dance and fitness. My specialty classes are strength and stretching as well as pole fitness. My most popular classes are ballet, acro gymnastics, heels, salsa, and bachata. My fitness certifications are in Zumba, BodyCombat, and BodyPump.

I have over nine world medals with competing in salsa, bachata, and cha cha. My training background consists of ballet, jazz, tap, heels, pole fitness, and lyra. I have trained with companies such as Houston Ballet, Princeton Ballet, and ARC Dance Productions. I am currently training as an aerialist in the Los Angeles region.

My sessions start with a warm up and working on the fundamentals and techniques of dance and/or fitness. I then work my way to the harder techniques and movements. I like to finish a session with choreography, a review of steps and movements, or a cool down.
