I have hands-on experience in basketball for the past 15+ years. These experiences come from being a college player to coaching a wide range of ages. Coaching experiences include coaching for public and private schools as well as coaching in the AAU world for 9 years now. I have a strong ability to adopt to situations that I come in contact with. I have had the opportunity to compete and play each position in the game of basketball. With that prior experience I have able to train all players at each position.
Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including first-rate leadership and communication skills, I excel at:
• Fostering a culture of good sportsmanship, cooperation, and responsibility.
• Coordinating scheduling and facility use.
• Scouting other teams for tactics and strategies.
• Training student athletes during and out of season.

The very first session will be one that has basic drills in attempt to evaluate the level at which each player is at. Once the evaluation is done, each session will be put together individualized to that players need. Each session will start with warm-up drills such as; stretching, form shooting, stationary ball handling, on the move dribbling. Once the player is warmed up, more detailed oriented drills will begin.
